Thanks, Rebecca! I read the post and couldn’t agree more. My challenge is to break long standing habits of turning to food for more than just satisfying physical hunger. This is something I’ve been working on! I’m also working on fitting in exercise where I can and not ditching the whole idea just because I don’t have the hours to put into it like I used to. 30 minutes is better than nothing, even if I don’t have a full hour.
